The recent passage of SB2013 in our legislative session earmarks significant funding for a statewide teacher and leadership retention initiative. This presents an opportunity for all schools across North Dakota to adopt proven, research-backed strategies to reduce educator burnout and improve retention. By strengthening connections and improving systems, we can cultivate a healthier, more resilient education sector.
